About Spencer Donaldson, Founder & CEO of Eat Well Nashville
Spencer Donaldson has led many entrepreneurial ventures, contributed in the growth of Nashville through property development and real estate investment, and is currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Eat Well Nashville, a company on a mission to help Middle Tennessee eat well and live better by making healthy, freshly cooked meals easily accessible through direct home & office delivery and catering.
Spencer is a Michigan native, but made Nashville his home nearly ten years ago with his wife Alisha. After moving here, he quickly realized that although Nashville’s food scene is amazing, it lacked the easy access to healthy natural options that many other large cities provide and worked with partners Rob Bellenfant and Yasar Chaudhary to develop the concept for Eat Well Nashville. Although all three partners come from varying backgrounds, as busy entrepreneurs, they all realized that there was a strong need for Eat Well whether for themselves or their families.
After starting Eat Well and seeing incredible growth in the first month of business they made a quick decision to build their own 5,000SF commercial kitchen to facilitate growth and increase delivery even further outside of Nashville covering a majority of Middle Tennessee. Utilizing an amazing team of chef’s and the best possible equipment Eat Well is able to create delicious and healthy prepared meals and catering options that you can order at EatWellNashville.com.
