His company has also been named on the Small Business of the Year list by the Nashville Business Journal multiple times as well as their Best in Business award list.
Jason spent the first 13 years of his career as a pastor with about half of that time also selling life & health insurance to small business owners to make ends meet. The next four years of his career, he spent as a schoolteacher; but due to cuts in his county’s budget, he was forced to make a decision about the next step in his career. After much prayer, thought, and many sleepless nights, he and his wife, Kristie, decided it was time for him to run his own business full-time. Today, it is an award-winning multi-million-dollar business with offices in Hendersonville, TN, Memphis, TN, and Sacramento, CA. He expanded into the electrical services space with a new division of the company in July of 2018 called ELS Electric.
